“Big thank you to Dr Sam Crothers and her lovely team for all their support over the last few years with Ravens allergies. Sam and her team have always been there for us at the drop of a hat via phone or email to help us out and give advise. Raven has been on ASIT immunotherapy injections due to being allergic to being a horse (my joke) and is really doing well. Prior to meeting Sam and allergy testing nothing worked to keep his allergies at bay and Raven was very stressed and uncomfortable all the time no matter how many steroidal type drugs we tried. Im so grateful and so happy to see Raven comfortable and able to enjoy a normal life horsey life.”

“This was my first experience with the team at Foothills Animal Hospital and my experience was brilliant. There is a spacious waiting area to ensure each pet had their own space and the room was used catered to my puppies needs. The staff are very informed, considerate an accommodating. As you can see from my photo, this was my pups the afternoon of their initial consultation and they are very happy and relaxed.”

Biscoff adores his vet visits and doesn't even feel his vaccinations. He loves puppy preschool run by the wonderful Vet Nurse Emma and didn't want to leave gentle Dr Lindy when we saw her!!!! Dr Dawne is also fantastic with him and the reception stuff are lovely to deal with. Great advice and service!!!!”

“Great hotel for stopovers when transiting through Perth airport. Rooms are modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. Restaurant,Cafe and bar are all good. Seafood and meat buffet is great value. We didn't use the pool or gym but they look great. The free shuttle is prompt and convenient.”

“Stayed there for my work trip. The room was spacious and clean, staff members were friendly. I am not sure the price but if I come to Perth again, I would stay there if the price was reasonable. Great central location, close to Elizabeth Quay and other transports and major shopping spots.”

“My dog was having trouble giving birth at 8pm and from the minute I rang them they were so helpful and told me to come straight in. My dog was exhausted, she had a puppy stuck in her pelvis and the ultrasound showed the puppies were distressed and there heart rates were dropping. Expectedly I was so stressed out and upset but the staff were so lovely and understanding they even made me a cup of tea. Long story short my dog had an emergency c sec and all puppies survived. I was quoted that it could cost up to $5000 due to after-hours and I was so surprised when they rang and said surgery was done and the cost would only be $3000 and for afterhours prices you would know that is soooo good! Not often the price goes down and by so much, they could of quite easily still charged me as much as they quoted but they are honest and care about both pets and the families. I can't thank you enough and I've told everyone I know that if they ever need to go to a vet after-hours this is the place to go!”

“I’ve stayed here month one month for work for the last 6 + months. When I started coming there was no recognition of IHG membership, sometimes the rooms didn’t get cleaned when staying multiple. But I’m very happy to say the rooms are immaculately cleaned everyday now. IHG membership is acknowledged, staff are welcoming and any request for extra essentials is without previous confusion (getting a toothbrush was an issue on my first stay). Clearly post covid staffing was an issue…. This has all been resolved now. Happy to recommend moving forward.”

“I have a 13 year old diabetic cocker spaniel We presented on a busy public holiday and the care they showed my dog and I was brilliant. I watched the reception staff while my dog was being assessed and they were kind and thoughtful. They have amazing facilities to help sick and injured animals. My dog ended up having pneumonia and is now home recovering. Thank you everyone that cared for Bonnie even though she can be vocal you were so patient. You are heroes in my books. Thank you so much”

“This is my second visit to Pagoda and again I’m so thoroughly satisfied by both the rooms and service. This time we booked the wrong room by accident and they still managed to accommodate us into the right one. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the rooms are luxe, well furnished and very roomy and relaxing. Highly recommend.”

“We recently moved house. Darren and John moved my aquariums. I am still blown away by the whole experience ! There is no way I could have done it on my own. They moved a 1000 litre, 480 litre and 280 litre tank for me in one day (OK it was a very long day but still !) Darren was brilliant. We did not loose a single fish (even two weeks later not one of them has died). It was a long day but so much fun, Darren and John were fun and worked so hard. The fish were their total priority and they left me with 3 aquariums safely moved and happy relocated fish. I seriously can't recommend them enough. They made the part of our move that was worrying me the most completely hassle free and fun. Thank you guys - you're brilliant !”

“Went there for dinner and to watch the Matilda’s. Staff were very accomodating and put us in a separate room so we could watch the game with sound. Exceeded our expectations. Dinner was delicious. Facilities were clean Didn’t stay in the accomodation though”
