“I’ve boarded my cat, Sushi, with Best Friend Pet Centre multiple times, for stats of 1 night up to 2 weeks, and she is always treated with the utmost care. She’s such a needy thing, but the team always go the extra mile to keep her safe and happy and covered in cuddles. She always comes home happy (a little extra needy, but that’s to be expected!) and healthy. 10/10 recommend every time.”

“Absolutely amazing!! I had my 11 month old male German shepherd who was extremely shy and nervous. I was very impressed from the first phone call where they asked a lot of questions about Atlas and what he was and wasn't scared of and his experiences. They recommended a 3 seek stay and board. During his stay they gave updates about how he was progressing and their training progress. Our main goal was helping him in new situations. He has just got home and the proof is in the results, their staff know their stuff! They took amazing care of my boy and have made so much progress. Not only in confidence but crate training and other commands. I am going to follow up with obedience classes with the team (mostly so I am doing the right things). Will use again and highly recommend. One very happy puppy and owner ❤️”

“We have been bringing our puppers to Central Bark for a few years now. We are booked in for 6 weekly grooms (for the most part) throughout the year. I can not speak highly enough of Deb's team. Our border collies are always groomed to an impeccable standard each time and the staff are always professional and wonderful to deal with. They adore pups but genuinely care about the hoomans attached to them too. Quite frankly id be lost without them. Mel, Jen, gorgeous Shelby and the the rest of the team are just fantastic. Highly recommend!”

“We've been using the dog grooming service at Best Friends Gungahlin since early 2022, approximately every two months. Always a great communication, check-in and check-out experience and the dog always comes out looking great. The staff are excellent and are great with the dogs. Our dog is a cocker spaniel and she gets pretty shaggy between cuts, but we've been very happy with all our grooming appointments since we started getting them done.”

“Went in about a month ago picked up 9 fish from them(8 tiger barbs& 1 Chinese algae eater)absolute strong and healthy fish, great prices for the fish.when it comes to Fish tank keeping equipment they got all the essentials. I was impressed for a local store here in young.”

“We heard about Belinda and Red Hill Pet Concierge from our son. We found her to be well organized, friendly and very efficient. Belinda came out a few weeks early to meet with us, the pets and talk about what we wanted. She made us feel completely comfortable that our little ones would be well looked after. While we were away she left regular messages telling us what she was up to and we got pictures too. When we got back they were relaxed and happy and not as needy as he usually when we leave them. I know they were well looked after and had plenty of play time. The service is very professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend the service! Much better than leaving a pet at a hotel and probably cheaper! Will definitely use the service again.”

“Lianne and Charly looked after our pup over Christmas. She had a wonderful stay, and despite needing a vet visit for a grass seed, she was well looked after and treated like one of the family. We received daily updates and Lianne was able to liaise with the vet on our behalf for the best treatment. Absolutely cannot recommend CharLiannes enough.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would! My father has been taking his cats to Yvette and LouEllen for 12+years and he recently passed away very suddenly. Having never even met Yvette or LouEllen (as I'm interstate), they went above and beyond to assist me with everything! Despite not being an adoption centre, they found my Dad's cat a new home and made sure that whatever needed to be done was done! After having experienced such tragedy with my Dad's passing, it was one less thing I had to worry about as I knew the cat was in great hands!!! Thank you Yvette and LouEllen - your kindness, compassion and ability to just make things happen will not be forgotten xxxx”

“We went there after hours. our dog had some allergic reaction. The team are very caring and welcoming. They keep you informed about everything happening wrt your pets progress etc. Their space is bigger than my regular vets. Its great to have such a caring after hours vet. Highly recommend them.”
