“Large store with a wide range of stock for most of your typical pets. i.e. Dogs, cats, birds, fish and poultry etc. Multiple service registers so you’re never waiting long. Staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Even the girl in training was spot on with her recommendations. We generally come here for some toys or last min stock ups but this City Farmers has a real decent range of food options too. However they don’t stock M4M brands unfortunately.”

“Staff are always friendly and remember my dog whenever I call or come in. Follow up appointments to check my dogs health is very much welcome. Vets explain in detail what the issue is and don't talk down to you. Only down side is they are expensive. Although I'm not about to put a price tag on my dogs life.”

“Very comfortable and clean. I enjoyed my one night stay and used the pool during sunset which was very relaxing. Reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is minimal but has a spin bike and a few machines.”

“I stayed here recently with my partner, and it was amazing, it was a lovely couple of nights to ourselves, we had our own clean space. The service was great. The only thing is the reception, I struggled to find good tv channels or being able to use my phone but it was a good break away from social media and my partner and I could focus on each other.”

“It's probably the first and only time I've ever visited a CW and been not only greeted by security manning the door but also when approaching the sales counter. Even the assistant who helped me locate an item in the cosmetic section was friendly, It's a shame not all other locations are like this. The store was tidy, clean, well stocked and the floors weren't cluttered with storage loads of stock dumped in the aisles like most other locations. Staff were engaging, not sitting around talking amongst themselves or on their phones. It was nice to come in and be acknowledged and respected as a customer for a change, Will definitely shop here again.”

“Had to stop in the morning for some medication. My bub had fallen asleep on the car ride there. Once I parked (out the front), I called to ask if they could still help me from my car. They brought the medication to the car and I was able to pay by card as they had the card machine with them ready to go. Super helpful! Great service!”

“Mia the Naturopath at Midland Gate Pharmacy is an absolute gem. From helping with the most basic questions to comforting my partner whilst awaiting our Jab. Never before have i had such a personal and genuine experience whilst shopping at what is usually considered to be a poor experience due to sickness or injury. Its rare to find such an amazing employee let alone several of them! Unfortunately i didnt get the gentlemens name but the bloke who administered my Jab was also very professional whilst being comforting and accomodating beyond what you would ever expect. 10/10 guys. I wont shop elsewhere if it can be helped!”

Especially Bianca! Never have had to wait long to be served even with the collection of prescriptions. The store always has what I need. Good selection of stock. “This place is an AMAZING find. I booked this place last minute when JetStar cancelled my flight. Really amazing staff and smooth check in process. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The only confusing thing is that they can sometimes rent out only one of the bedrooms in a 2 bedroom. So I booked online for a single room with 2 single beds, but the apartment given to me had 2 bedrooms. One with 2 single beds and a second room with a double bed. If I wanted to use the second room, they would be an extra charge to upgrade. It's a great idea that saved me money, so I'm not complaining but was just taken back when I first entered the room. High speed wifi and ample parking. There's a hungry jacks and night owl across to road, so there's easy access to food. However, this is not convenient to go anywhere from here without your own transport, so I would definitely recommend this place if you have your own car. The Chromecast in the room didn't work, but everything else was 10/10. Coffee machine with espresso and coffee pods, hot chocolate, dining ware, a microwave, washer and dryer, and a full fridge.”

“A little on the older side with a lot of permanent residents. Has a pool and a great doggy area! Toilets and showers are older but clean- a small bath is also available in the ladies and men's toilets, great for the kids!”
