"Terrible experience. Booked a reservations days in advance. I show up and the door is locked and no one answers the phone. I wait around and then eventually walk into the garage and am told by the woman vacuuming a car that they don’t have any vehicles available for me and don’t know when one will come in. I’ve been a loyal Avis customer but I will no longer use them."
