"Brakes got done- just front pads which we got for $109 on Groupon. I appreciated the honesty in telling us that our 2nd car was fine and didn't need anything. Disliked that when we called to set up a time to bring the car in for pads that were low but no squealing, grinding or other signs of really low brakes; rotors were mentioned. I ignored that at the time. Took the car in and again before even taking it into the shop, rotors were mentioned with some insistence. I then insisted that he didn't know the condition of the rotors as yet and to just replace the pads. We didn't get a work order receipt in the end either which is odd but at least we have the receipt of service rendered from Groupon."
