"Do not go to this auto shop. I bought a used car and took it to Ryan's to look at it and let me know if anything was wrong with it so that if there was anything wrong with it, I could return it to the person who I bought it from. On my first visit there they fixed something and then about a week later my car started acting funny again. I sent it back to the shop and they fixed something else. About a week later my car completely broke down. (I spent about $800 in total for the repairs) This time when I called them, before I could even fully get the words out of my mouth they told me that something was wrong with the engine and that I would have to take it to the dealer to fix it which would cost around $5,000 (totaled). They had never told me this before but since he told me that without even looking at my car again, I knew that they knew that the entire time. They pretty much strung me along and got as much money as they could out of me and then when they couldn't get anymore money out of me (because they don't have the equipment to fix the broken engine) they finally told me what was wrong with my vehicle. If they would've told me what was wrong with it in the first place, I could've taken it back to the person who I bought it from and got my money back, but by the time they finally told me what was wrong with it, it was already too late. I'll never do business with Ryan's again. I promise that."
