"Poor customer service. The service attendant couldn’t be bothered to acknowledge my presence as I entered the shop. She didn’t speak for almost 10 mins and walked past me twice. I asked for a walk in appt after being told yesterday that they take walk-ins and was told I’d need to wait until tomorrow. Never mind there were 3 techs sitting in an empty service bay doing nothing."

"Very nice first experience. was quick, easy, and cheap. Its a quick service, not much else to expect. Dealer ship service standards. Didn't appreciate Kings Ford not telling me they wouldn't be the ones servicing my truck and pawning me off onto these guys until AFTER the appointment was made. They are considered a different business so that does not affect this review."
"I only go here for my oil changes and maintenance and I don’t even have a Ford! They are always so attentive, don’t over charge, and they do little extras for free. This time, the tech noticed my wipers needed replaced and I had a new set in my hatch, so he put them on for no extra charge. Always great service!"
