"Car wasn’t starting and needed to be jumped. Employee Jim Carter tested my battery for me and found out it was bad. He was extremely helpful with installing the new battery despite the cold weather and snow. Nice guy, even got a little basketball talk in while we got the battery installed. Great experience and service!"
