"Good luck getting a car when you need it. These liars will tell you they've got it. But they don't. They have repeatedly lied. The last time they sent me on a wild goose chase. This has happened at least three times. Stupid me I didn't make backup reservations because I thought Enterprise was honest. Never again."
"There are many reasons for this post. The person who dropped the car off was very pleasant, but that o lying goes so far . The exterior was dirty and looked like it had been driven in tar . When I actually got into the vehicle, the smell of weed was so strong I had to take it back.when I got back to the rental shop, they were very busy. The manager was outside and asked what he could do for me. I told him I would like him to smell the car. He refused and said they have something for that as he answered the phone. The "treatment" was fabreez and an ionizer. The next day I got into the back seat and back of the car . The apolstry was dirty and the floor was pulled up! The trunk was just as spectacular! Hay! Literally as well as the back of the seats were ripped! I feel like I had a lemon dumped on me. I will be glad when my personal vehicle is out of the shop!"
"Booked a 15 passenger van on March 16, 2023. Called to confirm on June 20 as we leave with 12 kids on a mission trip only to find that this facility never had a 15 passenger van. Spoke to someone higher up who assured me there would be a van there on Friday when I was to pick up. Called the facility again and they said that they did not have one. Eventually they were going to give me 2 7 passenger vans paying $500 more than what the 15 passenger van would have been. I then asked who was going to drive the other van? No one would answer. I will not book through you again neither will my staff. Stop false advertising."
