"It’s been a while since i been to this office didn’t feel good last night so decided to go see the doctor. My favorite office so that was new staff is sometimes not the best thing if they don’t have the same passion. Awful customer service as soon as i walk in but the convince of being able to schedule and be seen in the morning is the only thing that keeps me here then the doctors are nice but for some reason don’t transmit the same energy to the front desk staff."
"They are the worst !! I’ve had hypothyroidism for years and they would not check my thyroid to continue my medication. My primary doctor tried to convince me how it is okay to take 2 birth controls at the same. They are the worst !!"
"Sharon Allen is and was great, she left NFP. I had only came over to NFP with my other Dr Christine Williams from Metro then she left and I had met Sharon she is an ANGEL from God. I now see Jennifer trying to see if she is caring through her practice of medicine. But a side note to the other review listed, it seem like all Doctors with MD on their name are rude. I went to two different neurologist and they both touched me WITH a metal stick and wrote me 3 prescription for nothing of what I was concerned about, no test ran or anything. Sharon Allen you are MISSED. I pray to see you back in practice soon."
"Horrible customer service and half of the staff is unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate requests when issue was caused by their or the physician's error. Also when you have an appointment they may get you into a room quickly but then you wait at least an hour before the physician comes into the room. When requesting refills the patient advocate never sets them for more than 1 refill so you have to call every month. Also if you need medical records sent to another provider or ask for a copy of your own they will not do it. The sad thing is that only one of the providers is any good and actually cares but the policies NFP has now put in place stops her from providing effective care and truly helping people manage their health."
