"Everybody is scheduled at the same time! It’s so packed and congested i literally waited 15 for someone one to acknowledge me to be signed in and then was told “ u can sign your name on the paper I’ll check u in when i come back from lunch “ like WHAT My appointment started 15 minutes ago and i haven’t even been signed in yet. Ridiculous not to mention my appointment was rescheduled so many times because THEY tried to call to move my time around 0/10 i will definitely be finding a new dentist DONT waste your time here."
"The worse dental office in the area. These people play to much with the patients. I got canceled 3 times already having an emergency with one of my tooth that they already messed up. I went to get in fix and they started a root canal and now I have infection that takes part of my bone and my ear. Doctor EL thinks he’s the best but that man ain’t closed to be a good dentists. If you can go to a different place just go to a different place. I never got any treatment to killed the infection. No pain killers not antibiotic. I ended up at the ER."
"I received excellent care at the Cleveland Dental Institute on Lee Road. The receptionist provided excellent customer service. I was very satisfied with the service I received. The Dentist did a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable. She made sure I knew what she was going to do every step of the way. I am very pleased with the results."
"Everyone gets the same APPOINTMENT time!!!! They will text a 100 times even send a email about not being late or u will pay a late fee guess if ur a new patient you gotta be last!!!! Because my appointment was at 9:00 a.m. its 9:23 am no one called me back yet!!! Ppl came in behind me are getting called back!!!! Its about 30 ppl here!!! They make you wait like your time not important!!!! This most definitely not a good 1st impression!!!!!"
"I have had a very positive experience - from the front office staff, to the assistants and then Dr Patel! I went in for a root canal but extraction ended up being the best alternative as clearly explained by Dr Patel. She informed me step by step and was very reassuring and caring. Care instructions afterwards were clear. Dr Patel called me twice after the procedure to see how I was doing and went over how I should continue caring for the area. All in all I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and the team at Cleveland Dental Institute."
