"It's funny how after waiting 2 and a half months to get in to an MRI they managed to leave me waiting 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. When I said I had to leave and take my daughter trick or treating and to call me and reschedule they never did. I called in and put the request in again to have it scheduled still crickets. Low and behold after 3 weeks go by they call but not to reschedule the MRI but to only get my new updated insurance info after I switched jobs. I have been seeking help for my back problems since 2019. Situation gets worse and still no relief. Won't prescribe pain meds to people that need them but also won't solve ur problem with modern medicine. Cleveland clinic is a F'n joke. Money grabbing with appointment after appointment with no solution. Used to have high standards but doesn't care anymore after that money train took off. January and I still haven't received a call for the MRI. They billed my insurance tho for an MRI appointment they failed to provide service for tho. Great job Cleveland clinic u used to be the best"

"Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Best in the nation. Really! We came here years ago in 2012 for my wife's kidney. Because of insurance changes, we could only come here to register for a Kidney doner. We started here and here is where she received her kidney. She received kidney from a live doner. It was a program that Cleveland Clinic was testing. Called "Paired Donation Program". There were 10 people and each person received a live kidney. Good program. Basically, the program works where your donated kidney goes to a different recipient, and in return your recipient will receive a living donor kidney from another individual. I did not donate a kidney, but since there was a odd number of doners, my wife received a kidney. It was the first program of it's kind. My wife was on the waiting list for almost 6 years and it was nearly impossible. Thank God for Cleveland Clinic. After the operation, we visited the doctor daily / weekly / monthly. It gets very costly. I never complained about money. God always provided. The nurse who was in charge of our account was mad at us when we stopped coming to Cleveland Clinic. I guess she thought money grows on trees and she expected us to travel every week/month to OHIO. Once the transplant doctor said we could transfer back home, we did. Don't get me wrong, I'm grateful for Cleveland Clinc. I will always recommend them. Great building. Great people. Great everything. 2022. "This place is a gift from above. It’s absolutely amazing how they put together the teams and staff that they have. My surgeon Dr. Faisal Bakaeen gave me a bypass (CABG) surgery and I cannot thank him enough. His team, the nurses and staff in this hospital from the emergency room to step-down are honestly the nicest people I have ever met in a hospital. They truly care and will not let you leave if your problems are not solved. This place is the real deal, don’t hesitate to get there opinion, I’m so glad that I did. Thank you Dr Bakaeen, you save my life and I will never forget you…"

"Drove all the way here, wasted 2 hours of my time, for them to lie my face and say they didn’t see or feel anything to be biopsied/ cut out. I thought this was supposed to be one of the best if not the best hospitals in the USA, if that’s the case that’s really scary that they can’t even do a minor small task! I’m guessing they didn’t want to treat me because they assume they wouldn’t get money, either that or incompetence. If insurance/Medicaid was the issue, i would’ve been willing to pay physical cash because this has been a problem for over a decade and i would like it to be gone already. Guess i can only hope to get even any simple treatments done outside of the USA! Ridiculous. The only good thing about it is that they didn’t charge me money for doing absolutely NOTHING."

"I have been there many times, very nice staff ! Nice artwork displayed there! Highly recommend Cleveland Clinic to anyone! Beautiful campus! Starbucks and subways, Panera Bread and Aladdin’s, gift shops inside of the hospital! So nice and convenient for the staff and public !"
