"1) The cleaning was not thorough. He used a water pik on me for about a minute and then used the polisher for about three minutes. That was literally it. No other tools were used, no other time was spent. I like to think I have pretty clean teeth, but I've NEVER had a cleaning take less than ten minutes. It fet rushed and not thorough. 2) In order to save time they said they were going to do me and my kids cleanings at the same time, which made sense, but while I was getting my cleaning I could hear my son's dentist telling him about some impacted teeth that I didn't know he had and what his options were... Like why would they tell him and not me? He's a kid! My daughter had a cavity and nobody came to tell me that. She had to tell me. I asked to speak with their dentists before leaving to see what was said to them but they said they were already with patients. So I have no idea how my kids dental health is. Everyone was really nice, but the level of care is sub-par."

"GRAPHIC***** Well as far as getting the emergency extraction they definitely got the badly infected tooth I needed out but when I told the doctor both well he was trying to pull the tooth that it felt like he was going to break my jaw and after he said he got the tooth out I felt like he cracked my jaw he never checked I continued to get stabbed in the side of my tongue creating a massive sore only to end up running my tongue around this stabbing piece enough times to pull the piece of my jaw out along with 6 other fragments as well! Can definitely still feel a lot of pain through my entire left side of my lower jaw!!!!!!! *Photo is of the piece of my jaw I pulled out with my tongue*"

"For those who may want to choose this dental practice for care be aware that this is also a dental school and you may not get the same Dr at each visit. You can also ask the attending Dr if they're a student or an actual board certified Dentist."

"First time here today to have wisdom tooth taken out that my dentist couldn't get out and I Had Joe. Such an amazing human being, understood I was a nervous wreck and talked toe about everything and options. I went ahead and trained him and let him take it out and he was so gentle and careful. Home now recovering. Thank you Joe your awesome"
