"Their customer service was excellent when I was trying to upload my first claim: super patient with me! I have both the regular policy and the Wellness one. I filed for my 'sweetie's' annual visit and shots, reimbursement was fast, notifications were prompt. I am very happy with their insurance plans and their customer service. I do recommend them and you can choose the deductible and coverage amounts that suit your budget. Better than most 'hooman' health insurance!"

"One of my dachshunds was attacked by a coyote and I didn't even think twice about rushing him to get help. The thought of having to pay didn't even cross my mind until I had to fill out the paperwork, that was the moment I remembered I have insurance. It was nice to have the financial stress of such a horrible situation taken care of. The vet was able to save my dog's life. The day I brought him home, I logged on to submit a claim. The portal is very user friendly but I was unsure of what to select for one question so I ended up calling their customer support. The person I spoke with was so nice and helpful and she was able to confirm I had submitted the claim. A week later I received an approval of the claim. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. I am incredibly grateful that I have insurance through Embrace."

"Superior Customer Care Representative experience, but the renewal premium for my annual policy went up 85% for my dog that is only 3 years old. Due your due diligence in researching pet insurance policies before choosing Embrace. You may find a better provider for your pet(s)."
