"You have to be picture perfect health to be put under or they expect you to have all your teeth pulled by local anesthetic which is torture for a full mouth to pull and over course of multiple trips since they only pull 4 at a time! Never again! Worst experience and since they know about anxiety of getting in your face, they'll yell at you. This what I've tried to avoid and ended doing what I didn't want as they get you by saying "nerve block" it's local! I'm not gonna go through a whole mouth to be tortured by sadistic students! It's very hard to get into like your referral must be perfect before they'll accept you. Most ridiculous! I tried to talk with oral surgeon in charge which I was lied to about denial of sedation initially but truth came out. Incompetent students!! All I wanted was for my teeth to come out for I've been waiting for far too long so I could get dentures! Not here! A total waste of my time and painful experience they don't accommodate to chickens like me!!"

"I went here about 7 months ago for a root canal, which @ 1st was fine went back had the temp filing took out and thats when everything went bad. I canceled a few times I don't think they like that cause they're threaten to kick me out the program!! Lol but heres the problem they are students and I get that and the instructor don't help they only look! Now I kept having pain but they claimed not to see anything and said everything was fine but insisted on doing the only side of my mouth. No!!! went somewhere else they sent me to the Dental Institute my filing from my root canal cracked and food was getting in it!! Thats why I had constant pain but @ this Dental school the Doctors actually do work too. So I had to get my tooth refilled!!! Thank God for second opinions!!! After 7 months my pain is gone and I can chew on both sides of my mouth. Giving two stars because the young lady who did my root canal did a good job."

"If you can go somewhere else - do it! Avoid this place. The students are not trained or supervised well enough to be doing these complicated dental procedures. I had a root canal done here by one of the students, and she assured me she knew what she was doing. Day of the procedure, she clearly had no idea what she was doing, and it took over 5 hours to do a root canal on a tooth with only 1 root! I had jaw soreness for a week due to having my mouth open for so long, and scabs in my jaw from her injecting the anesthetic so many times. Borderline abuse. Also, I had quite a few fillings done and one just came out while flossing! This filling is less than 1 year old. Ridiculous. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!"

"First time we went here went well and the students were nice. Everyone else on the other hand is difficult. Second time when it was an emergency they said they could fit us in and do the procedure the same day and we waited over an hour and a half to even be seen because the receptionist we checked in with didn’t tell the student we were there and then sent home in extreme pain with absolute no sympathy whatsoever from any staff. And good luck getting any X-rays sent to you if you have an emergency visit somewhere else who can get you in before the next year because the records department doesn’t answer their phone and now you’ll have to pay for MORE X-rays!! Their phone rings 2 times and then goes to voicemail so they’re actively hanging up on patients."

"Needed my wisdom teeth removed, was recommended to go to Case Western School of Dental Medicine. Was a little apprehensive about the google reviews but was the only office that took CareSource. + The operation itself was fast, with local anesthetic. Pretty painless. + Doctors explained the procedure clearly and concisely. + Operating Room and facilities were clean."
