“I love this place, always stop here whenever I visit the town center. The food is always hot, well cooked and the price, for what you get in quantity and quality, is outstanding. The staff are so welcoming I cant describe the atmosphere of the place. Give it, what I think is the best cafe in the area, a try I'm sure that you will not be disappointed and come back time and time again instead of going into Costa for a coffee and cake”

“I drank in this pub 50 years ago when I was at Trent College.spent many happy hours in there. In those far off days the landlord was a jovial guy called Jack. Called in there last year before lockdown,much smarter now and far more choice still a great pub.in those days mild and blackcurrant 11d old money! Happy days and better than learning at school.”

“Not had a Pizza in a long while, Torino was my takeaway of choice and I wasn't disappointed by the quality which was excellent as usual. The food is always reasonably priced, the service is above and beyond. Also the Pizza and kebabs are the best I've tasted..”

“We didn't stay! We went to the restaurant just to be clear but I wanted to give them a review. Bennett's has had a tough time over the years in my personal opinion. The current owners have been in for the past 9 months at time of writing review I think. The food was absolutely fantastic and coupled with wonderful, prompt friendly service at a decent price. I'll be changing my takeaway loyalties to Bennett's going forward too. Cannot fault anything. Delicious.”

“Absolutely beautiful sushi on the go. So much fresher then the food in the sandwich area at tesco. They make it fresh everyday and if you catch them when they are making fresh sushi and meal they will take things out if You dont like something or make you a huge party platter”

“First order from Einstin's yesterday. Very impressed with the quality of the food and service overall. All dishes cooked with obvious attention to detail, Lamb Makhani a particular highlight. Everything was delivered in less than 40 mins from time of ordering, and the couple of staff I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. Excellent first impression!”

Its always busy on a Sunday because of the carvery but the staff turn the tables round really fast so the wait is normally OK (unless there are a few of you then I would book as the people ahead of us had quite a wait). The food was tasty, the chips are amazing, crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. They have vegan options and even vegan ice cream. Definitely worth a try”

“Always have a brilliant experience here. Food is amazing and Jay goes out of his way to make sure our every need is catered for. Had a family members 60th birthday there last night and it was phenomenal how he managed to feed nearly 60 of us all at the same time. Food was amazingly tasty and we all left absolutely stuffed. Even boxed the left overs up for us to take home. Thanks for an amazing evening!!”

“Dominos is not a place I'd normally give 5 stars but I'd just like to acknowledge the friendly and joyful staff that we're working there at approx 6pm. You guys deserve a pay rise as you work hard for your money and the customer service was great. Pizza was good too!”

“I had dinner at this place last night. The host, a young man called Gai', convinced me to try a new experimental dish he was working on. This dish consisted of rice and two types of chicken, cajun and peri peri. The chicken was tender, cubed pieces of chicken breast. The seasoning was fresh and flavoursome, providing for a pleasant and complimentary, spicy taste sensation. The dish was garnished with coleslaw or 'slaw. This was an appropriate garnish, complimenting the voluminous flavours of the tender, cubed pieces of chicken breast. Get some is my advice....”

“Excellent place for breakfast lovely tasty hot food, reasonably priced, very pleasant environment nothing too much trouble the only issue was lack of serviettes (for messy eaters), however this was soon rectified as the manager offered kitchen towel and then went to purchase serviettes immediately. “Had a fantastic meal here this week, early doors. Never been before and don't usually leave reviews as we find most places we visit have poor food, poor service or both. This experience was exceptional food, service and atmosphere. The food was really tasty and came to the table piping hot.
