“Saturday 10th december! Such a family friendly experience! We did the amnesia room and it was soooo amazing. The puzzles were tricky but doable (even though we got locked in hahah) Francesca was absolutely amazing. She explained everything so beautifully as it was our first room weve ever done. We're now thinking for when we can book out next one!”

“Super store with everything you need. Lots of festive ornaments and trimmings. Mostly things to smarten the home. This store has just opened and a great size not as big though as the store at long water but handy if you live near the coast.”

“First visit since before start of pandemic. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed 2 games of bowling in a bright relaxed atmosphere. Several fun gaming/arcade type machines in the entrance corridor, a large soft play area for the youngsters, food, hot drinks and a bar add to the enjoyment had by young and old (like me!). Friendly helpful staff.”

“We went on the beach it was absolutely beautiful. Lowestoft Beach is a credit to the council who looks after it and maintain it throughout the winter.”

“Ordered big TV click & collect. Was in and out of the store in less than five minutes with a lovely helpful employee who carried it to my car for me. Am very happy with how friendly and efficient the whole experience was. Great TV too lol”

“Excellent walks accessible into the marshes from the visitor centre. Good toilets and cafe available there. Did a long walk in December, a few deer and rarer bird life seen in the remoter sections.”

“My son had a fantastic football party here yesterday. All the staff were really helpful. You can really see the positive changes that have been made under the new management.”

“My husband has dementia and has been attending the day centre since it opened. I feel he has benefited greatly from going. The staff are all excellent. A variety of activities take place on TV just music. Meals are excellent. All in all a wonderful safe place.”

“Lovely theme park with an abundance of rides for the younger kids and toddlers, aswell as a few really good ones for the older kids and adults. They also have animal shows (parrot and seals) that weren't bad, and a small soft play area. The gift shop let's it down though, with nothing printed 'Pleasurewood Hills' on it. It was like shopping at a market where there are random things like play dolls and other random toys.”

“A Fantastic nursery. All 4 children attended here and i wouldn't consider anywhere else when looking for Childcare. It's the only Outstanding nursery in the area too!”
