"These people are unbelievably rude. My husband and I have been using their service for a few years and they have always been pretty decent. Yesterday we called them to be picked up from the animal hospital with my cat and they sent a cab. As we're waiting, we get a call from the dispatcher saying the driver is outside and that he's in a black SUV. We said we didn't see him. He said it says he's right outside on his GPS. We explained that he was nowhere to be seen as we're standing directly outside the hospital. We hang up and called the driver and he wouldn't pick up his phone. We wait.. wait some more.. a little more.. still nothing. We call the dispatcher and he doesn't pick up. We wait.. we call again and no answer. Thankfully a taxi was driving by, so we jumped into that one. We drove the entire way home and by the time we were driving down our block, we start getting texts that another cab was sent. The dispatcher calls us and says another car is there (after he was so insistent that his other driver was supposedly outside. I guess it was an invisible SUV). My husband explains that we jumped into a taxi instead because they made us wait so long and nobody would pick up the phone and then the rude dispatcher hangs up in his ear, all pissed off because we didn't want to wait outside for another 20 minutes in the blazing hot sun with my elderly sick cat. Now they just lost a loyal customer."

"dispatch very nice on the phone took 2 min for car to get me the cab driver was nice and the rates are great!!!! highly recommended!!!"

"The worst car service ever I called they said 12 minutes I waited 20 minutes I call them back the dont answer not recommended"

"I called them for an emergency at 5:50 in the morning when no other car service had cars available/didn't pick up and they said a car would be at my building in 15 minutes. It was there in 10. The service was very reasonably priced, and when I called back again when I was finished at the emergency clinic, they already had my information on file and sent a car in 10 minutes to where I was. Really friendly, fast, and affordable."
