"Over $1200 for tires and other service including wheel alignment and the car is pulling to the right. Now I have to waste more time going back to get that fixed. The customer service was excellent though."

"Made an appointment for an oil change. Took 3 hours to get the job done. My car has a turbo engine, they didn't use the right filter, nor check tire pressure or top off any of my fluids. Worst service ever. I was better off going to a mobile gas station for an oil change."

"I made the appointment on Monday for Tuesday. I dropped the car off a half hour earlier than my appt and asked for a best guess as to when it will be dine (oil change, but there were cars before me). They said 2-3 hours. I went and ran errands and, sure enough, it was ready to be picked up in 2.5 hours. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable. The service techs do a good job. I would highly recommend."
