"I went to this place over the summer because my Cooper adventure tour tires were well below their useful life, a 70000 miles tire that I only got 33000 miles out of. I speak with both Cooper and Pep Boys corporate and kept getting the run around each one of them telling me that I have to speak to the other entity in order to resolve the issue. I finally am told that I have to go to a Pep Boys location for them to analyze the tires. I go to this place and they tell me that my entire suspension system would have to be redone and give me a quote for over $2000 which is preposterous. This is after I go to my personal mechanic to check things over, with no issues being found with my suspension as I suspected. With this debacle, I end up purchasing tires from another place, and now more than a few months and 7000 miles in, absolutely no issues whatsoever. The level of professionalism at this place is below sub par, and an absolute waste of time, especially since I waited 4 hours for them to tell me absolute garbage, and blantant lies to attempt to gouge me. If I didn't do my due diligence, I gotten taken advantage of. Instead of doing the right thing, and prorating the tires and either giving me new ones or refunding the prorated rate, they chose to not honor the Cooper warranty. They are dishonest. Stay away."
"Avoid. Took car in for tires. Of course, they found that the struts needed replacing too. Then when I came to pick it up all these warning, lights were on . Way too expensive not a good job and I should’ve gone to Costco."
"Great customer service, nice guys. My appointment wasn't in the system for some reason, but they still took me and I didn't have to wait for service at all. The place was clean and convenient with parking, so unless they do something outrageous between now and the time I leave, I'll definitely be coming back lol I'd recommend this place, esp since it's so convenient, right off Queens Blvd"
"It was super convenient to buy and set up an appointment to install my new tires online. You can also come in and schedule. Raj called me a day earlier than my appointment to ask if I wanted to get my tires installed. I came in and got my car back; the time it will take to get installed. The team is super professional and punctual, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their tires installed."
