"On 12/14 I visited the Red Wing Store located at Central Park Avenue to try on a few pairs of boots and determine size with the intent to purchase at a later date. When I got there, I was greeted promptly by the warmest and kindest salesperson I have ever met...Ingrid. She went out of her way to ensure my experience visiting the store was top notch and undoubtedly exceeded expectations. I lost count of how many different pairs and sizes she had brought out for me to try - with a smile on her face. I was further impressed by her knowledge on each of the different models such as how they fit, leather variations, recommended uses, warranty, etc. Customer service like that is hard to come by and should be rewarded/recognized/celebrelated. I have since recommended this store to all my family and friends looking for a new pair of boots and suggest you do the same. Hopefully this store and Red Wing leadership know what an asset they have in Ingrid showcasing the brand on the front lines with next level service."

Carlos helped me find the perfect fit shoe using the digital scanner, which turned out gave me the wrong sizing. But with one look the other employee who I believe was the manager/supervisor knew exactly what was wrong and was able to pair me with the perfect fit. Thank you! The store manager Dorothy not only worked with me to figure out what exactly was wrong, but also took the time to understand my exact needs.
