"No matter how much they clean up they’re not clean. Look at this mess. I’ve given them more than enough chances, every time I walk in, it’s still the same. Whoever this lady is that is the store manager, she should be either stepped down or terminated, it was never this bad before. There is a woman who has pink highlight who only likes to speak Spanish who had her AirPods in while attending customers on the line. I ended up checking out with whoever’s number starts with 712, they were rude and kept pushing the credit card but wouldn’t listen to no once she did listen she was upset that I didn’t want to do it and then proceeded to say “well what you going to pay with now”"

"Cashiers are so slow and especially during the school uniform rush they really need to move faster or have more registers open and the store is so dirty"

"Cashier moves too slow as if their conversating INSTEAD of checking people out. Never have the sizes 10/12. Store is a mess. There needs to be renovation the store is too cramp filled with lots of basic plain clothes."

"Worst service ever. Opening and closing times are a joke. I went they did not open till 12:30pm on one occasion and another time they already locked the doors at 8:30pm. I shop a lot online at this store but when I need something fast I do a pick up. Pick up normally is ready in 2 hours but these people most of the time are not ready until the next day. It’s not like the stores at Jerome or 225th street in the Bronx who are open the stated hours and get mobile orders together within 2 hours. Also, when you do a pick up at this location they make you wait a long line. That’s why you do pick up to avoid those long lines. All the stores have a designated area to pick up or if the cashier is very busy someone on the floor helps you but not here. Children place cool brand and cool clothes. The personal at this store not that much!!"

"I was told to leave the store five minutes after I entered with my husband because the cashier was allergic to my dog. My husband was holding my 7 pound hypoallergenic yorkiepoo secured in a shoulder bag. We were located at least 25 feel away from the cashier. Since I am asthmatic, I can only be near hypoallergenic dogs. I asked the the salesperson who asked us to leave the name of the cashier. He said that store policy didn’t allow him to give me any names. I was going to file a complaint with HR and wanted a name. I was insistent and he referred me to the manager. I asked her the name of the cashier and she told me. What is the problem with the employees at this store? Although I have frequently bought children’s clothing at other store locations, this was my first time at the cross county location. I won’t be returning. May 11, 2018 at 7:30 pm."
