"I will never return to this gap location. I ordered items for pick up here. When I picked up the order, I trusted that all of the items were in there, so I didn’t check the bag and left. When I got home, I realized I was missing a pair of pants and I called the store, only to Sudley be accused of lying. The manager implied that I indeed had the pens and that she would have to check the cameras ““. She called me back 20 minutes later, not having checked the cameras, but instead putting the associate who packed my bag on the phone so that she could Also say that I should have had the pens I was explicitly, saying I did not have. Finally, the manager said that she would quote just reimburse me “whether or not I had the pants”. I did not have the pants. I don’t care how rampant shoplifting, theft, and scamming are— a store associate should not accuse a customer of stealing without evidence. That was one of the most offensive experiences I’ve had in 2023. Once again, never touching this place again."

"Very nice store. Everything was clean and in its place. The merchandise was easy to find and well labeled. The service was great. The worker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about sizes and colors. She knew where everything I needed was and was eager to help out. The store was well lit and packed with lots of shoppers. I truly love the cross county location and definitely recommend this spot. Plenty of out door parking as well!!"
"Looked at many different clothing stores in the Cross County Shopping Center for a pair of men's Flip-flops, & could not find them at all. The last place I was going to look into was Gap. If the Flip-flops were not there then I'm heading home. Very happy I found men's Flip-flops there, & the exact color I love. Green. Green, & a very good price. Yay!"
