"Definitely not coming back with the experience I had shopping here because I originally purchased a size 11 1/2 sneaker and inside the box was a size 10 sneaker and a size 10 1/2 sneaker. The sneakers weren’t for me, they were a gift that I shipped to my brother who resides in Europe. I paid $110 for the sneakers and $150 to ship them to Europe and I call customer service and they tell me that the only way for resolution is to physically go to the store level where I purchased the sneakers. Now I’m almost $300 in and my brother and I are completely dissatisfied, and there’s no resolution to our problem all because someone gave us the wrong size sneakers and now I have to pay the consequences and lose out on money. When I went to the store today I was helped out by two very polite employees one being a cashier and the other being a manager on duty, but I still didn’t have my problem resolved. I was told to go around in loops customer service sends me to the store. Not coming back."
