"I bought a pair of shoes here and it was a major headache trying to return them two days later. The sales associate (who I know was just doing her job) said the shoes showed sign of wear and I could not return. I guess people wear them in the store to try on? Why is that my problem? I tried calling corporate and the number was busy. Finally after chatting online with someone for a half hour they accepted the return. What nonsense. Aldo lost a good customer."

"I went to this cross county location Aldo on 12/11/2021 and must SAY THAT I WAS SO HAPPY WITH NICK AND HIS HELP! I have been eyeing this one shoe for months which was off by $100 that day! Ofc I jumped to buy it but the size was 1 size up from me! Nick suggested that I try with an insole as these shoes run smaller than the size and Oh boy!! Magicccc it fits perfect!! He also suggested that I buy this leather shoe cleaner which will further discount the price of the shoe and ofc I did that!! The shoe itself was $80 + 10 insole and 10 leather cleaner and he worked a discount and I only paid $63 I WAS SOOOOO HAPPY! Hey nick thanks bud!"
"I purchased 4 pairs of boots from this store on, one of the boots used 3 times ONLY (not a heavy use) & the bottom of it completely faded as well as the sides of the shoes and it looks like is being used for a long time!! I spoke with one customer service & they advised me to go to this store & ask them forreplacement or a store credit & gave me a ticket number & said I have 1 month satisfaction warranty!! I went there & spoke with Bryana & Yorenny which refused to solve the problem!! And claimed that they need an email from aldo.com to process the replacement. Then I sent an email with pictures of the shoes to Aldo.com and they responded that they can't issue a replacement or refund because I purchased in the store; the store should take care if it!! That is really disappointing, being a loyal Aldo customer for more than 10 years & I shop a lot from them I feel I've been mistreated & fooled by this store. I am returning all the new boots I've already purchased from Aldo & will NEVER shop from Aldo again."
