"Good and consistent"
"When I stopped in to buy mouthwash (1) they had almost no stock (2) the sole cashier ostentatiously had an extended conversation in Spanish with the sole customer in front of her, I believe getting her email spelled out repeatedly as a cover to be as slow as possible while another five customers lined up behind me, because, well, they wanted to catch up! What do I think this is, anyway? A drug store? I walked out, but when the store deservedly closes they will have to find someplace else to chat so they might want to pretend concern occasionally to keep their chatting spot open? I think they want to drive out customers, which is OK: I'll order online so as not to inconvenience them in the future."
