"PERSONALLY, I would never come to a store like this. The setting, in general, is very unprofessional and they wonder why they don't get sales and make enough money. The two bosses that I know of are jessica and adrienne. They are terrible managers because they speak not only rude but unprofessional to their co workers and I have witnessed this first hand. If i had the opportunity to give it 0 stars, I would have. Highly do not recommend this place. 0/10"

"Once again if I can give ZERO stars I would, because this store deserves absolutely none. Allowing things to sit on shelves for MONTHS and still sell them? Absolutely insane, then there’s no way to get your money back. This store is full of hypocrites and racial management. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to work here. Disgusting “Manager” Jessica Chung needs to go, SHE IS RACIST!!! definitely recommending everyone to dodge these stores."

"Jessica I believe who is the boss is rude along with adrianne which i believe is the manager. It could be the other way around yet I’ve seen how they speak to their coworkers and it seems like an unprofessional and non respectable environment. Don’t get me started on their return policy it’s plain stupid and doesn’t make any sense. As someone who is a certified dermatologist and does hair professionally i recommend you buy your products online or at sephora and ulta they won’t be expire."

"Odd and negative experience! My doctor called and faxed in a prescription, and, even though she had spoke to a live person on the phone, the pharmacy said they didn't get anything. So, my doctor sent the fax again. When I called in, they kept putting me on hold indefinitely to look for the fax. After about 10-15 minutes, I would hang up and call back and they would say, "Oh, yeah, I'm going to go look now." But then I'd be on hold again. Then I'd call back and they'd say, "Oh yeah, I'll go look now," then put me on an endless hold. On a loop. Finally, I went in and they told me that they hadn't gotten the second fax either, even though we confirmed the fax number multiple times. It almost felt like a parody. So much time wasted, and everyone felt like they couldn't be bothered. Really strange. We ended up going elsewhere."

"Great selection of salon quality hair products (LivingProof, Orive, R+Co, …) Thoughtful and attentive pharmacist/pharmacy staff who really get to know patients and try to help them. Way better pharmacy service than what you typically get at CVS/Walgreens (not a dig at the pharmacy staff at CVS/Walgreens - they’re all overworked). Anyway, this place is lovely and if you live in the area you should really consider moving your Rxs to this local independent pharmacy."
