"This is the worst pharmacy in all of NY. They never have anything ready. They always make me wait even if I’ve waited for 4-5 days to pick up my prescription. They are rude and always say they’re understaffed but never do anything about it. They won’t even check out other items from the store at the pharmacy desk. They refuse so you have to essentially wait in two different lines. Do not fill your prescriptions here. They will make you wait and never accommodate your needs. Walgreens needs to wake up and do something about this place because it is an ACTUAL disgrace!"

"If I could give it a zero, I would. Scheduled an appointment to receive the COVID vaccine for this season and drove 25 min to get it. Got here and to the counter to the minute of my appointment. Was told there’s only one tech working and I had to get in line. The line was…20-25 strong. Clearly no regard for my time or their procedures. No effort to communicate beyond well it is what it is. No customer service."

"The people are very kind and efficient when you go in. HOWEVER if you call on the phone you WILL wait on hold for 30 minutes+. To be clear it's an operational fault, not the day-to-day staff. It's outrageous to expect somebody to wait on the phone line that long. Fortunately I'm able-bodied and can walk in, but it's horrible to imagine the infirmed waiting that long if unable to leave the house. Disgraceful."

"If you don’t come in sick, you will leave sick. The pharmacy line snakes through the store and you’ll be lucky to get your prescription same week"
