"Review specific to our experience here getting our 3 yo a covid booster. The first time we came was after calling to confirm if they had doses and being told yes. We showed up from across Brooklyn only to find out they screwed up and didn’t have them yet. Then we called over the following weekend and asked about our specific vaccine and were told they had it and the pharmacy opened at 9 am this morning. Well we showed up at 9 AM and doors were still closed. When they opened at 905 we were told pharmacist wasn’t here yet and they didn’t show until 945 - we waited that whole time. At which point I asked to confirm if they had the brand we wanted and were told yes. Filled out all the paperwork, brought my kid up, and was told they actually didn’t have that one. And what’s worse, they tried to offer us the other brand which hasn’t even been approved by CDC for mixing for under 5s!!! Went down to Neergaard at Park Slope and got everything done quickly and easily."

"This is the right pharmacy to get your COVID and Flu vaccinations. Forget about CVS, Rite-Aid and Walgreens - the lines, the cancelations, the attitudes are just not worth it. At Downtown RX, I just walked in, filled in a couple of forms and got vaccinated - it took less than 10 minutes. Everyone was polite and respectful. No attitudes here. Downtown RX is now my go-to drugstore. I'm done with the big pharmacies."

The team was responsive when I had questions prior to my arrival. Wonderful and friendly walk-in experience. Will definitely come back for other medical needs. When my insurance decided not to pay for my medication he gave me my medication for the same price he gets. And i am very grateful!!! because he knew i was tight on money that month. He is very sweet and understanding!!! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Im a customer for life!!"
