"TERRIBLE STORE!!! It’s always so messy on there, shoes, boxes and the aisles are all messed up and no employees care enough to fix it!! Also no bathroom to use?! I understand if random people can’t use it but customers should be allowed! Also staff is so rude and disrespectful!!!"

"This store is absolutely disgusting. They have zero customer service skills. We bought $150 worth of shoes and the employees still wouldn’t let us use the bathroom. I was with my elderly mother and she really needed to use the bathroom but they have absolutely no sympathy and wouldn’t let her use it even though we already bought from the store. They used to have bathrooms open to the public but even if they don’t let people use it, customers should be allowed to. Manger is disgusting lying saying that the bathroom is out of service when she has absolutely no empathy. People like this should not be allowed to be in customer service."

"I had the worst time in this store today with a young Latin cashier. She was not smiling so I tried to get her to smile she was absolutely arrogant and unprofessional. Refusing to smile and claiming she was having a bad day. THEN GO HOME!!!! I like many other people go shopping and spend money when I get the full positive experience. The young lady and another heavy set blonde woman were so nasty to the customers I notify all my friends and anyone AVOID this store if you want to have a nice experience shopping. Definitely avoid the Latin girl with the glasses and the short heavy set woman. What an AWFUL experience. If see these people in the Yonkers DSW I will NOT shop there. I will shop at Port Chester DSW or another DSW maybe Greenburg DSW. I never had a bad experience there."

"The DSW VIP Coupons are worthless. Here's how to get your $$$'s worth. Check my receipts. 1. Try on shoes in store. 2. Order shoes from Amazon Prime for less. The shoe merchant, whether it be Brooks, Nike, Adidas, will have a store on Amazon Prime. 3. Wait a day or two instead of instant gratification. 4. Throw out DSW coupons and membership. The coupons won't mention every brand they don't cover, however it won't cover the good ones and that's why they omit them. Omission is a form of lying. Why did I spend the extra $? Medical reason. I had just gotten a cortisone epidural and couldn't wait for stability sneakers. You now have the knowledge."
