"went in today, sunday 9/17/23 around 3:15 pm, young man who helped me was very polite however the one star is because of the little puerto rican or dominican girl with glasses who was working then. she has severe tone issues and lacks basic customer service, i didn’t appreciate the way she spoke to my mother, had we not been an establishment, my reaction would’ve been way less amicable. will not be shopping if i see her in the store!"
"I only went to return a pair of sandals I ordered online. They ran way too big. There was no one at the register and only one person on the floor that was helping another customer. No one acknowledged that I was standing by the register for several minutes. When someone finally appeared, it unfortunately was yet another case of employees acting bored or annoyed with their job. When I mentioned the issue there was zero response. There was no "let me see if we have another size" or "why don't you try this style". Genuinely did not care at all. Didn't even look up at me."
"I personally love Sketcher's. I happened to visit on the day they were having a sale BOGO 50% off second pair. The sales associate was very helpful and patient as I ended up buying four pairs of shoes. I am super excited about the new look and style of the men's and boy's shoes. The store was clean. The transaction was smooth. I will definitely be back."
"Good shopping experience. My son bought me the cutest walking booties. The cashier was nice and very helpful too. I was able to get a pair of shoes they didn't have in my size because she informed me they ran large. I tried them on in the smaller size and they fit perfectly!"
