"Did not have a good experience. Went in with a friend today around 10 am. Was told that they don’t sort through clothes till 11, which okay I get it. But, as we shopped around for a little while the girls at the counter were gossiping about what seemed to be another coworker or a friend and played on their phones. Decided to just come back at the estimate time our stuff would have been done which was 11:15, got back a few minutes before hand for them to have already gone through my stuff, my friends, and a few other customers. After getting mine back I was told all my items were in bad condition, or too outdated. When I know that a Anne clein shirt was in there with tags still on it. Anything in my tote was newer than the two year policy and in good condition. Had a sweater in there which I was told they were looking for and they still turned it away. It was clear they didn’t even look through my stuff. Waste of my gas for the hour drive for sure. My friend had 3 items taken out of her bag which she got lowballed on as well as they didn’t take certain items in her bag that were in good condition, new, and popular name brand. Was told it was because it wasn’t in season while they had a whole summer section still up. The whole 2 year or newer policy didn’t really sit right with me after seeing certain vintage items through out the store and clothing that was clearly older than I am. A waste of time."

"Do your research before paying an arm and a leg for used beat up air Jordan's. I just almost got ripped $150 for a pair in like new condition, but was smart and looked up what they are currently selling for, can have the same brand new pair shipped to my door for 100. When I told the clerk this .her reply was "well thats not possible bc this shoe is sold out and going or much more..." so when I showed her the sire I was looking at ..her face bout dropped and turned ghost white. DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE A RIP OFF."

"My husband and I brought in three bags of clothes. A lot of men's name brand shirts and many still with tags. They only took eleven items out of the three bags. After we realized what items they took after getting home they definitely short changed us. I was confused as to why they say they take name brand items and saw items from SHEIN on the racks. We dropped the items off at 10:30 and were told that they would be done sorting them by 12:30 especially since they were ahead of schedule and they would message us when they were done. 12:30 rolled around and we still hadn't heard from them so we showed up and they were still sorting our items. It was closer to one by the time we were done."

"Wife loves this place, also unbeknownst to me its probably where she sources half the clothes I wear. She is my stylist, and often I am not with her when clothes are bought however I can't complain at all on the stuff she gets and she's pretty good at spotting a bargain. This place is known for the occasional diamond in the rough item that you come across and you know your getting a steal of a deal."
