"Came in to do some shopping but after seeing the attitudes of the workers and them not acknowledging a customer wanting to use the fitting room I put my things back and left. They should know that customer service is everything, without that you have no business."

"Workers all had an attitude. We're so rude when asking for a fitting room and if my deals came off the bill. Would have walked out if the deals going on weren't so good. Check the people in your store I'm not the only one they made uncomfortable..."
"I find it to be outrageous when a store has a no refund policy and closes the fitting rooms .This is not due to covid because store still offers a store credit policy. This is a way for a company to abuse the public and let greed take place of customer care . Before I purchase anything there I would bring a blanket and have my teen change underneath to try on clothes. No fitting room ( they exist ) no refund policy's need to be investigated and outlawed in newyork."
"Worst customer service ever. Place an order and then prices drop the next day...call to cancel they say they'll put it through and I order stuff with lower prices fully prepared to have to return first one if it doesn't get cancelled. Nope they cancel the new order which had a different item than first one. So I call and get told they are going to price match...too bad my account still shows full price and the idiots who answer the phone are clueless. I will never shop there again! Very disappointed."
