"Terrible customer service. Took my friend who had never been to a Torrid location. The manager and the other employees just watched as I helped my friend with different sizes and styles and not once did anyone offer to help. They were rude and clearly didn’t want be there. Every other location I’ve ever been to they ask can I help you with anything. After the manager heard me tell my friend sorry I thought they’d help you find stuff she went and told another employee who could also care less."
"The girls working were superb friendly and helpful. I ended up trying on a few shirts and then bought a shirt, gift card, and a really nice smelling Disney perfume that was at the counter. The store was very clean and the girls were really helpful when I was there!"
"I am a plus size lady and I have zero patience for mainstream big retail stores that do not have a decent selection of becoming plus size ladies clothes. It is for this reason that I also come back to Torrid. They have on trend selections for all body types - but with a delightful slight edge. This particular store has an excellent clearance section. I also appreciate the forthright staff and their genuine demeanor. I would suggest you ask to try things on here, because if you shop at a large department store, you might used to having to just buy the largest size you can find. At the end of the day, you are in person. Take the time. Try it on. It's a luxury to be able to do so, and you might actually be the smallest size on the rack here, girl. Have fun! They are great."
