"Juliana was SUCH a help when I went in earlier today. I had to go in to exchange what I previously bought, she helped me find just the right size. She was so easy to talk to, understanding, and just a down to earth girl. She made my transaction so easy to do. Thank you Juliana!!"

"The manager was very unprofessional and dressed very inappropriately and was rude when we asked for help she literally eye rolled at me before helping us. The workers here seem to young and self involved constantly on their phones and have way to much attitude to people who are just trying to ask for help. It honestly felt like I was surround by high schoolers. After seeing the tik tok I thought I should share my experience your staff is rude, and discriminates against people who causing no trouble shame on you aerie is suppose to be accepting of all. If you truly believe in your motto you would apologies to the women who was harassed by your employees for only getting a mask they called security on her and she had to leave the mall. I bet if you watch the security camera footage you would see that all she did was get a mask and then come back to call your employees out for calling security on a innocent black women."

"Bra shopping gives me agita and I do not understand "sister sizing," "proper fit" etc. Totally clueless. Have had trouble with Aerie's sizing in the past, but the girls at this location were angels who spent so much time helping me. Finally found and ordered the perfect bra! Please give them all a raise"

"The best thing to me about Aerie is the use of models with different sizes and abilities. You can walk in and see models who resemble you, which is amazing. The dressing room has stickies written by guests with uplifting messages. I bought a few bralettes during the 40% off sale and they are so soft I can wear them all day comfortably."

"I've never had an experience at a store like this. Probably 5 girls working there, I walk in and two are deep in convo until I ask about the sale and then they look at each other for awhile before answering. I look around for a little and am completely ignored by chatting workers. I go to try something on and there's nobody there which is cool, so I wait. and wait. I eventually peek my head in and a girl wearing literal pajamas is just sitting in the fitting room. lol seems like the life. I say excuse me and am expecting her to be like oh I'm so sorry, but she just says NOTHING! Gets up and acts like I'm burdening her! I was blown away and so put off that I just left. I never leave reviews and have spent years and years in customer service and have the ability to sympathize with mostly everything workers do but this was by far my worst experience ever. Was totally excited about the sale but I'll never ever go here again."
