"Went to American eagle to buy jeans. It was me and one other customer in the store with FIVE EMPLOYEES. I was told I could not try clothes on because they were short staffed by a the manager on duty who was sitting at register doing nothing with the other employees. No longer a customer."

"Absolutely unclean Store manager was extremely rude over a price and it took 20 minutes before the manager came. Store clerk was rude as well and even said in front of my daughter, "The price is the fu¢ken price" Never shopping there again and possibly another American Eagle store."

"I went into American Eagle looking for some jeans that I had been recommended to try, so I grabbed a few things I liked as I always do when shopping and tried them on. After doing so, I came out of the fitting room with my things and the two pairs of jeans that I was buying for 65 dollars each might I add, for there to be 3 security guards all seeming to be extremely worried about what I was doing and standing outside of the door like I was gonna run out. I worked in retail for a about a year so I’m well aware that when you believe someone is stealing you customer service them and ask if they need help with something, which happened to me not once but twice with a police officer standing at the associates side, which then was followed by the associate watching me very closely while I did the rest of my shopping in the store. I will never shop at American eagle again after that experience, it was embarrassing and definitely not worth the 140 dollars I spent on the merchandise. This has never happened to me before and I hope it never happens to anyone else because that is beyond ridiculous."

"Amazing store with beyond friendly staff. Always very helpful in helping me find jeans because I never know what style or fit that I want to try on or that will look nice on me. They also have an amazing clearance section that is always full of good clothing for a decent price. Best jeans I have ever bought!"
