"Impeccable service here at HI-TEK auto by Ali and his team. The first time I came here, my car was literally on the brink of falling apart and if i had driven any further I'd have to have it towed. But Ali made me feel comfortable and much more relaxed knowing my car was in good hands. He explains things patiently and is empathetic - as many times it is a very stressful situation you're in. I even had to do parent teacher conferences that day and with no way to get home, he let me use the office to sit for a few hours while my car was getting repaired. Their prices are very fair too. It feels reassuring knowing I have a knowledgeable kind, and fair mechanic. Can't recommend this auto shop enough!"
