"Got friends who live here.. Decent place"
"Great place to live just renewed my lease. I have been a resident now for 12 years, and I don't have plans of moving. The rent here at Geneva is reasonable, and the size of the complex is small. All the neighbors here are friendly, and stay to themselves. I love the security here as you need a key to gain entry in the building. Deshaun Curry the property manager here is great, and handles all my concerns. Keep up the good work NRE."

"This apartment was safe and good when I moved in 2018. Since 2020, a lot of incidents happen regularly. 1. My catalytic converter was stolen twice but the management did not take any actions. I paid reasonable money from my pocket I personally requested them to install a CCTV camera but the management denied and they said that the incidents were informed to the city office, but no further information from the management. 2. Many cars glasses were broken 3. Many suspicious activity happened like breaking the basement doors, breaking the laundry machine, and breaking The cars glasses. 4. Poor management to fix the unit issues. I live in two beds unit, and the kitchen sink tape is not working. A person came and replaced the new one but still waiting for the plumber for more than a week, and we are notable for using the sink until today. 5. Poor maintenance of the corridor. I have asked the manager to replace the fused light. It took a month of time to replace the new light."
