"I had amazing time staying here. The closeness of the airport is what made me stayed here. The bed was very comfortable or I was very tired but nonetheless I slept like a baby. The front desk associate was welcoming Asha I believed her name was. It was fast checking in. Let me just say the morning shift was the bomb , their mannerisms was on point. The breakfast was beyond delicious. Every was fresh and tasty. Looking forward to staying here if my daughter decides she’s going to be going to SLU. Thanks guys. Keep up the amazing customer service."

"I hosted a party for my mother's 80th birthday at Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport. The entire experience was wonderful! The event space was lovely, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We chose the Italian Buffet lunch and the lasagna was some of the best I've ever had. I worked with Jasmina Memic, the Director of Sales, to plan the event and she was outstanding! She made the process simple and provided solutions for all our needs. The event space was set up according to our specifications and the clean up was smooth as well. I could not have asked for a better experience and look forward to hosting future events at Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis."

"Hilton Honors Gold member here… this place is the worst. Mysterious smells that I tracked down to a balled up used bedsheet placed under the bed. Dirty Keurig coffee machine. Worn furniture. Dirty and torn desk chair also height is non adjusting. Dust everywhere on furniture. Under the bed has trash- never been cleaned… I travel extensively for work and I’m always seeking Hilton garden hotel properties; almost always my experiences have been above satisfactory, but this location is the absolute worst that I’ve encountered yet. Hands down the worst. I initially planned to stay 3 days, but I’m checking out after one day and finding another hotel. This location needs a corporate intervention."

"We stayed for two nights because it's close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle. The room was fairly clean and the thermostat worked well, however the bathroom was dirty, had water damage, and the conditioner was completely out. The biggest offense here was that we only had 2 shower towels for 4 people for 2 nights. We asked the front desk multiple times for more towels- the first time they said they would send some to the room but never did, and each time after that we were told there weren't any more clean towels. The pool was heated and comfortable, however two times we had to ask at the front desk for the dead bolt to be unlocked during regular hours, and twice there were no pool towels. Also, the women's bathroom didn't have paper towels at any point during our stay. The lobby smelled nice and looked tidy, however there were spills on the tile floor that didn't get cleaned up, in the hallway there were multiple piles of garbage outside rooms that didn't get picked up, dirty dishes sitting outside the elevator, and bags of garbage piled up in the ice and vending area that were there for our entire stay. The breakfast service staff were friendly, however the food left something to be desired- honestly aside from the made-to-order omelet (weekdays only), the buffet at Holiday Inn is preferable to this. Overall, we stayed for the convenience of location and while it served that purpose, we will look elsewhere for our next flight stay. I don't like to leave such a negative review but when the brand Hilton is on the front I have higher expectations than what we experienced."
