"This has to be one of our favorite stays in MO. This luxurious hotel certainly lived up to it's 5 star rating. We stayed in an Arch 1 bedroom suite and the view was superb. The soaking tub shower combo was ideal for us as I like to soak while my spouse enjoys a hot shower. The service and amenities were impeccable. We will absolutely stay here again."

"Overall had a really good experience, but have to deduct one star for the location, had much higher expectations for a five star hotel. It did not feel like a safe neighborhood and I would not want to walk around (especially at night). The parking was free but it was located right beside a casino, and the parking lot looked pretty “not five star-ish”. Overall would definitely recommend, but the exterior didn’t catch up to the interior."
"Great experience. Suite was spacious, clean, with wonderful amenities. The bathroom was flawless with robes and slippers. We dined in-suite and restaurant. All meals were perfectly cooked. The amazing part is the staff remembered my name every time I passed the in the hall or when I exited and entered the building."
"I went to attend a wedding ceremony at Four Seasons Hotel. It was in an open area. Background of St. Louis Arch was amazingly spectacular. But it was sunny & the sun was very bright & HOT. I wish Hotel staff could have created something to block the sun. Location of hotel is very poor & rundown. Surrounding area is full of abandoned buildings with no maintenance on side roads. No one should walk after 5:00 pm. Surprising thing is prices per room are exorbitant & very high. To attend a wedding the discounted room price was $341 per night. Service was mediocre. We still had very successful wedding. May God bless the couple. GK"
