I wasn’t happy with the state of my apartment when I moved in but Jack was polite and kind when he came around to fix things. Keep up the good work Sir Jack and may the Lord bless you!"

"Lived here from June 2021 to July 2023 and I can say that living here has been one of the best years of my life. This was the first time I lived with roommates and away from my parents, and I was made to feel comfortable in my unit with the amenities and facilities offered. The financial system and billing services may need some work and follow-up, but at the end of the day I was able to work things out. A swimming pool, a beach volleyball court, laundry services, gated community, and maintenance are some of the benefits of living at University Meadows UMSL. Would recommend to UMSL students if you like making new friends and want to live relatively close to the university!"

"5 stars for the maintenance men Jack and Harden!! My fridge broke down out of nowhere one day. They were already off work and back at home, but still drove back to help me. I’m on the third floor and they had to bring a fridge up in very hot weather. I am really grateful for Jack and Harden’s hard work and dedication to helping us. I always see them working around the area, and they are great people to talk to. Thank you guys!! I also want to thank Danee, Emily, and Darrell. They’ve helped me a lot throughout my experience living at meadows. Thank you for your hard work and kindness!!"

"I had a tremendous experience at University Meadows. I needed a place to stay for two weeks as I was between residences. As a staff Member at UMSL, I had the option to stay for those two weeks until I could move into my new home. University Meadows was the perfect transition. The accommodations were excellent. I had one issue that needed to be addressed, and Jack, the maintenance technician, fixed it no problem. The staff including Emily Lanzy was so accommodating and supportive. I would recommend University Meadows highly!"

"I have a definitely terrible experience here. Our neighbors had parties weekly on Saturdays which was fairly annoying and noisy. Also, they said and yelled something bad and did something rude to my roommate and me. The staff of Meadows said that I HAVE to compromise with that, because that is their culture things and parties are everywhere here in the United States. BUT, are they here campus for party instead of studying? Oh, by the way, they supposed everyone is gone on Saturdays. In terms of international students, where should we go? I paid for my apartment where I couldn’t study, sleep, and even take a rest for my intensive academic schedule. Here Meadows is a FRIENDLY housing ever. . Before justifying on that, how do you think about a party with approximately FIFTY people in a four rooms apartment? Yet, it’s time to think about if that would be considered as bully."
