"Tricky business! Refused to pay for repairs that fell under my limited 15-day warranty which they purposely either postponed my appointments then began to ignored my calls, emails, and texts. I purchased my vehicle on 5/1/24 with a limited warranty expiration for 5/15/24. Per their request, I took my vehicle to Nissan dealership on 5/13/24 on my own because they kept lying about making an appointment for me in hopes that they could ignore me until my warranty expired. As of 5/29/24, my vehicle is still at Nissan dealership because of payment dispute. Also, the extended warranty that they suggested I purchase does not cover the repairs needed as well which end up costing $4,000. This is very disappointing and bad business because I have had my vehicle less than 30 days. I trusted this dealership not only to have reliable vehicles, but also to do the right thing and practice fair business. Do not waste your time...take your chances elsewhere! I didn't even have a full tank of gas when drove off the lot! I wish I had of read reviews before purchasing with this dealership."
