"This Napa remains in the neighborhood despite the undesirable element around them. I love them for that... although, I can see that they may not be able to hang in there much longer. They are currently keeping the door locked and customers have to wait to be buzzed in and only so many are allowed in the store at the same time. It's really sad to see how the surrounding area has declined. Napa has great parts and great service it's just a shame what it looks like outside."

"Customer service is AMAZING. My three stars is because of the online purchases........ I specifically searched and ordered a certain part, but was sent the opposite part. I know these employees are in the receiving end just as it am so I wasn't upset at them. It was however confirmed by an employee that this had been an ongoing problem yet he depot apologized for the inconvenience which helps soothe the anxiety and frustration a bit."
