"There were two old rude gentleman behind the counter who are lackadaisical and very lazy. They didn't want to go above and beyond to assist in anyway if it meant them having to remove themselves from behind the counter. Luckily for me there was an older female willing to help and provide excellent customer service. You need to get rid of these old coot's who are passed retirement age.
