"I had a battery I thought might be going bad. I drove to Auto Zone. Sylvie was great. She did a diagnostic of the battery right on the spot. The tester said the battery was bad. Right on the spot she took out the old battery and installed a Duralast Gold battery with a 3 year warranty. A lot of things related to the old battery were rusted and difficult to use. She used WD-40 and got everything to work. Her work for me was definitely stellar. I couldn't have gotten better service. She is a real asset to your staff."

"I didn't catch the gentleman's name, but one of the employees in the store tonight didn't hesitate to grab the store's portable jumper and run out with us on foot into rush hour traffic in the middle lane of Olive to help a family whose car died there. And he was still helping them with the car when we left them in the parking lot. Great work using your tools and expertise to really help a community member in need!"

"I have NEVER had a better car experience than I did at this Autozone. The guys on duty were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I ubered there from Mercy hospital because my battery quit when I arrived. When I got to the store I explained my situation and plan to buy a charger pack and get a battery once it was charged. They amended my plan to include a ride back to the hospital, a jump with a store battery pack, and installation of a new battery after I returned to the store. Not once did they talk town to me like I had no idea about a car. I was treated with the utmost respect and kindness by all involved AND walked out with a new battery for less than I would have spent for the battery pack. I am now home safe and sound because of these men. Thank you for everything today, guys!"
