"Need to update their stock...locks doors 1 hour before close time"

"I was in immediate help trying to get my battery tested. I arrived around 735am when they first opened so I can get my battery tested. I was told I needed a new battery and that my battery was dead. So I asked if I pay for a new battery can somebody change it for me since the battery was dead. The worker asked her manager which was a elder black man with glasses that have a badge that states customer satisfaction he told her no because he only had two workers not including him to I guess help other customers when their wasn't any customers so early in the morning. So he put me in a predictment to where I have to immediately search for other options putting me a risk to be late doing what I had to do for the day. If he can not assist customers then he shouldn't be a manager. He rather be every where else then the front desk. A worker could had came out and changed my battery for me. There should be somebody else in charge to help paying customers and not him just flat out saying no. He had no care in the world if I had kids in the car, if this was my only way of getting help I had to figure out something else when he knew I had a bad battery and didn't want to assist or have anybody else to assist. Somebody else needs to be a manager and he can just be a greeter because he's probably doing the same thing to other people."

"Went to this location on July 4th to exchange a part. When we arrived the door was locked, an older lady appeared at the entrance stating she was the only person at the location. We weren’t allowed inside of the store, because she said she was unsure what to expect from customers and had to protect herself. When we asked if we could exchange a part she told us NO!, because she needed two passcodes from management and management was unavailable. We asked her if she could call someone and she said “NO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.” Her incompetence was unbelievable. Never come here!!’"

"Very helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and friendly. If you have any questions they’ll help without giving attitude or being rude about it. The guy with locs always helps customers as much as he can and gives out great advice."

"I am an ASE Certified Automotive Technician with 42 years experience.. The counter person talked down to me like I had no idea about cars. By the questions he asked and answers he gave me it was very apparent that HE had no clue about auto repair, but was trying to be the "expert". He tried to "correct" me several times, then a second employee jumped in and tried to tell me I needed unnecessary parts to go with what I came in for. The employees here need some customer service training. AKA-They need to find out just who they are talking to before they start trying to shove their "expertise" down a customer's throat!"
