"I purchased a battery on November 20th and unfortunately the battery was not the issue with the car so before going back to the store to return the battery making sure I can return it to the store. I spoke with the Assistant Manager letting him know what took place after installing the battery and he never said not once I couldn’t return the battery. I asked him can I return the battery and he said yes. I went to return the battery back today and was told I couldn’t get my money back and call customer service and they can override the customer service representative in the store and I can get my money back. After speaking to the 1-800 number the customer service representative told me it’s nothing she can do because of company policy. Two lies in one day is so unprofessional and I will not be returning back to this store/company ever again."
