"DO NOT RENT FROM THIS FAMILY. Joseph Dubuque is a horrible landlord. Our AC went out at the beginning of the summer. All he did was drop off a window unit. Our AC was never repaired. We eventually had to move out. Now it has been over a month and we have not received our security deposit. He will also try to charge you double rent for any reason he can find. Not a trustworthy family business. His wife is Sandy Bender. They are unprofessional."
"Called in multiple times to request that someone cut the grass on a property Sandy represented and she was unresponsive and generally unprofessional. Still have an unresolved issue of long grass on the property she is selling, needed to report to the city in order to get things taken care of."

"Joseph Dubuque is dishonest and unreliable. He let a new tenant move into the property I was leasing days before my lease expired and did not refund me for the rent. He took double rent, which I now know is illegal. He also will attempt to keep your security deposit. Make absolutely sure you document everything. He is a scam artist that banks on the hope that you won't do anything about trying to get it back. He is unresponsive with maintenance emails. DO NOT RENT FROM HIM. You'll save alot of time any money renting elsewhere."
