"THE place for Toyotas in STL. Ackerman has a long storied history in the auto dealership business. They take care of you and truly want you as a customer for life. It's probably the most pain free experience buying an auto in STL. Ask, nay, demand you speak to a certain salesman, say, 30 plus years experience. They can work a deal fairly and have you out the door within 3 hours. You know who you are. Everyone else should too! Don't be too disappointed when you find out that most of the autos are already sold. They can find you what you want or order it. Just be prepared to wait a bit. It's worth it. I bought a used RAV4 recently and am very happy. Second Toyota btw. Do yourself a favor. Shop here."

"Made an appointment to get tire checked. Went to drop off car to get a tire checked, stood in waiting room for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I was told it would be less than an hour if it would be easier to wait. Two hours later I told that it would only be a few more minutes which turned into another 20 minutes. End result was a two and a half hour wait for one tire change."
