"We brought our car here to get a repair on my transmission. The price we were quoted changed 3 times. It resulted in being charged 1000.00 more than what we were quoted. Then they tell me the car was done and when I came they had a long list of all things that were broke. Things that were previously not mentioned when they did the initial diagnostic. I drove my car around the corner and decided I’d better let them look at it and make those repairs to avoid having to pay a different shop for a diagnostic. I paid to get those repairs and this resulted in them keeping my car another week. Then they called me again and told me that why car and a huge whole in the line and couldn’t even be driven. I drove my car around the corner with the mechanic inside the week prior.. this was not an issue. And all of a sudden it was. They charged me over 3,000 and the paperwork they gave me only mentioned the transmission repair. It didn’t list any of the additional issues they said the car had. I left, and the car broke down on the highway. Oil and fluid were leaking out. When I called them back they started yelling at me and blaming me. I asked about all these other repairs and the itemized list of things they charged me for and they just tallied up some numbers. This didn’t reflect any of the work they insisted I needed! They are a bunch of hucksters and crooks! Do not take your car here!"

"Already purchased and installed ceramic brake pads on the front. 360 said I needed rotors and pads on the back not the front. Said the pads, even though they were only a month old, were bad. I paid $376 for rotors and pads on the back. Took car to have same work done on the front. Was told I needed back too because all 360 did was change the pads. They are shysters and I would not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT USE these people. They lack integrity."

"STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do NOT GO Here Ever ................. This Place took my vehicle, said they would get it done that day.......Ended up taking thru the weekend til Monday. Then when I got there they over charged me $20-$50, if that was Not enough the employees working there were very ignorant to me when I tried to tell them the price had altered from previously mentioned. The owner was not there so the employee was talking so tough that it felt like he wanted to get physical, he made an obscene remark to his co-workers in the garage about me (thinking I could Not hear it - saying " I'm trying to make toothpaste into crack " - something i guess people on drugs say. All this while I was trying to politely justify the the beginning set agreed upon price that now all of a sudden changed after the work was done. The employees look like they were a cross between homeless & on drugs. Felt very eerie, weird, & would definitely Not recommend this place to anyone, let alone will I go back ever again. Did I mention that the parts that the parts that I bought for them to install were still in the new packaging in the box, never used or opened leading me to believe they probably were Not installed, but I was still charged for it !!!!!!! Nightmare to say the least, I just paid my $ to get my vehicle back because of fear of my vehicle having more damage. My Dash got cracked badly & they had to glue it back in a spot, extra dings in the side of the vehicle & oil / grease all over the inside of the floors, walls, & sides of interior of vehicle. Thanks so much for making my vehicle more worst off then it was initially, while holding my vehicle hostage upon your altered price was paid. Lifetime Ban"
